Automatic information
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit and the website that referred you. This information is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used. It does not usually identify you personally.

When you submit an online form or book a call
If you send us a message, ask us to check a property, download our free First Home Buyer Checklist or Property Investment Guide, or book a call, we collect the details you provide. That can include your name, email address and phone number, what you are looking for (for example whether you are a first home buyer, upgrading or investing, your budget range, preferred suburbs, timeframe and whether you have finance pre-approval) and the address of any property you ask us to check. Bookings are made through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which collects your name and email address under Google’s own privacy policy.
When you use our chat assistant
The chat assistant on our website is an automated helper, not a person, and it runs in your web browser rather than through an outside AI or chat service. So that it can pick up where you left off, it keeps your conversation and the details you type in (such as your name, budget or preferred suburbs) on your own device for 7 days. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this website.
Your conversation stays on your device unless you ask us to contact you. When you do, we receive your name, your contact details and a copy of the conversation by email so Manoj can follow up, and we keep them with our other enquiries. The one exception: if the assistant cannot answer a question, it sends us the text of that question and the page you were on, without your contact details, so we can improve its answers.
When you engage our services
If you become a client, we collect the information needed to act as your buyers agent, such as your contact details, your property brief and budget, and, where you ask us to work with them, the details of your mortgage broker, accountant, financial adviser or solicitor. We only collect what we need to provide the service you have asked for.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain our website.
- Respond to your enquiries and book and run your strategy call.
- Provide our buyers agent services, including researching, shortlisting and negotiating property on your behalf.
- Send you the free guide you requested, and occasional updates about property buying and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- Protect the website against fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our website host, email, booking and form tools) and, with your consent, with the professionals involved in your purchase.
